UNDERSTANDING YOUR SIZE

The following size charts have been thoroughly assessed to ensure that taking accurate measurements will assure the correct size being ordered.
When a gymnast's measurement contains a partial cm/inch always round up to the next full cm or half inch. Where to measure? Grab a measuring tape and get ready to keep a gymnast still for 2 minutes!

  • Torso

    Place the tape on the shoulder, measure from the shoulder, through the legs around the back to meet the shoulder where you started.

    Please note* The most important measurement is the torso!

  • Chest

    Place tape close to the armpits, measure around the chest at the fullest

  • Waist

    Place the tape at the narrowest part of the body (near the belly button) and measure all the way around. 

  • Inside Leg

    Place tape measure at the top of the groin and down to the floor.
