Who are Quatro?
Quatro is one of the fastest growing performance and training leotard brands in the world. Quatro is a UK brand with our own British dedicated design team. Trusted by gymnastics federations including British Gymnastics, Gymnastics Ireland, South Africa and Slovenia. Our company has been chosen by over 1000 gymnastics clubs across 100 counties because they know we will create and deliver the perfect competition leotards.


First and foremost we are a family run business, Quatro Enterprise LTD started off as a knitwear brand in 1994. In 2010 Joanna Vazquez joined the family business to diversify the brand. Through a love of gymnastics she recognised an opportunity for a new, exciting and innovative gymnastics leotard company to enter into the world of competitive and gymnastics apparel. Founder and Director of Quatro Gymnastics Joanna Vazquez (nee Awad) was a British and Welsh international gymnast so understood exactly what was required to feel and look super confident on the competition floor.Our British designed gymnastics leotards push the limits in gymnastics fashion, technology and fabrics, always with the perfect fit.

What does Quatro stand for?
Traditional women’s artistic Gymnastics is made up of four pieces of apparatus; Vault, Bars, Beam & floor. Quatro means 4 in Spanish and was the perfect fit to launch a gymnastics brand, which was born out of the love and passion of this incredible sport. Not only does it keep you fit, teaches you discipline and helps you work towards targets and goals; it also gives the opportunity to go to incredible places, meet new people that become lifetime friends. Quatro is so proud to be a special part of the gymnasts’ journey that helps shapes their lives and goals.

How do I wash my leotard?
We want your Quatro garments to look as good as new after months and months of hard work in the gym. Like every high-performance item (particularly with novelty foils and light/dark colour combinations) it needs and deserves some special love and care.


Follow these four easy steps immediately after each wearing, and your Quatro garment will continue to look great for even the toughest judges.
1. All leotards must be turned inside out before washing.
2. Individually machine washes in cold water using a gentle cycle.
3. Do not use bleach, or use detergents or fabric conditioner.
4. Remove from the washing machine immediately after the spin cycle.


Please remember - do not hand-wash our leotards!

Can I have my leotard personalised?
At Quatro we are proud to offer personalisation on all our products (where the design allows). You can complete the order online by entering your name using our personalisation tool. Please ensure you check the spelling and size is correct, as these are non-returnable/refundable items.

Do you do custom design leotards?
Absolutely! This is what we love doing best; we have a dedicated Team wear department who will walk you through all the steps to create your dream team leotard. This service is only available for team orders with a minimum of 6 pieces per order. We can design to your budget, vision and needs.

My leotard is too big/small?
No problem, please ensure you keep all the tags and hygiene labels in place and follow our returns policy

Do you make team leotards?
Absolutely! This is what we love doing best; we have a dedicated Team wear department who will walk you through all the steps to create your dream team leotard. This service is only available for team orders with a minimum of 6 pieces per order. We can design to your budget, vision and needs.

Can I make a custom individual leotard?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer this service. However we are able to add extra crystals to any of our in stock leotards if you are looking for something extra special for a big competition.

Do you make boys leotards?
Absolutely! We love creating boys leotards. Chosen by the best of British gymnasts like Courntey Tulloch because style and quality matter. British designed by our in house team, Quatro’s latest collection of men and boys’ training and competition leotards are cut for optimum comfort and outstanding performance on any apparatus. If you’re looking for the perfect boys competition leotard, look no further we have one of the biggest selection of competitive leotards for boy and men’s. We can also personalise your boys leotard too if you’re looking for that extra special touch


Can I customise boys’ leotards?
Yes! We love getting creative! We have a dedicated Team wear department who will walk you through all the steps to create your dream team leotard. This service is only available for team orders with a minimum of 6 pieces per order. We can design to your budget, vision and needs.

Do you have a MOQ?
If you’re looking for a custom leotard then we do have very low minimum order requirement of 6 pieces per design for every order. Looking for a new team leotard for girls or boys? Get in touch; we would love to hear how we can help you create the perfect Quatro club leotard.

Do you use Swarovski stones?
If you are looking for the ultimate sparkle then look no further! Quatro are licenced to use SWAROVSKI crystals on our leotards for the ultimate shine! We have a dedicated couture range of in-stock long sleeve leotards totally embellished with Swarovski crystals. We can also use SWAROVSKI crystals to customise your dream team leotard.

Do you have a budget range of leotards?
We understand that gymnastics can be a costly sport, so why not check out our workout tank leotards? If you’re working to a budget and don’t want to compromise on style, our workout leotards are perfect for you. Suitable for all ages, abilities and sizes they are our best-value for money range. Our soft to touch, hardwearing fabrics are perfect for beginners and masters of the sport. All our leotards are easy to wash in a machine (30 degrees, no detergent) so its easy to keep them looking like new. What is Lights, Camera, Sparkle?
Lights, Camera #Sparkle, is a fun and exciting gymnastics event which any gymnasts of any ability or discipline can attend. LC#S is an enjoyable gymnastics event, nothing like a nerve-racking gymnastics competition or display. You will meet lots of new gymnastics friends, and learn a new dance and training tips from some of the best gymnasts in the world!

What size should I order?
Please see our sizing guide for all the measurements:
Our size charts have been thoroughly assessed to ensure that taking accurate measurements will assure the correct size being ordered.
When a gymnast's measurement contains a partial centimetre, always round up to the next full centimetre.
Where to measure?
Grab a measuring tape and get ready to keep a gymnast still for 2 minutes!
Torso
Please note* The most important measurement is the torso! Place tape on the shoulder, measure from the shoulder, through the legs, around the back to meet the same shoulder.
Chest
Place tape close to armpits, measure around the chest at the fullest part.
Waist
Place tape at the narrowest part of the body (near the belly button) and measure all the way around.
Inside leg
Place tape measure at the top of the groin and down to the floor.

How can I return an item?

We hope that you will be delighted when you shop with us, but we understand that with online purchasing, there may be occasions where you want to return items that are not suitable. See our Returns page for full details on how to return an item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition with tags attached and proof of purchase, within 28 days for an exchange or refund.
When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.


How do I return something if I need to?
1. Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.
2. Please fill-in and include the returns form on the link above along with your returned item and proof of purchase (receipt or order number) to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible. If this is not present, a written note with all your details will suffice.
3. Quatro recommends that you obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending all items back to us, as we, unfortunately, can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us... If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then we will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

Quatro Gymnastics abides by and exceeds UK Distance Selling regulations

Stock items ordered online may be returned up to 28 days after the date of receipt as long as they have not been worn, washed, or in any way altered from their original condition.
This does not affect a customer’s statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.*


Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?
There are exceptions to our Refunds policy for certain items. Please note this is a non-exhaustive list and that these conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
- Personalised garments and special designs cannot be exchanged unless faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size.
- Do not remove the hygiene stickers or swing tags until you are happy with the fit of the leotards (Leotards can only be returned it the hygiene guard has not been removed.)
- Quatro will carry out a repair service for any leotard, which suffers minor damage in service up to 3 months old but reserves the right to make a charge for extensive repairs. Repairs after 3 months will be at the discretion of the Company. This includes rhinestones that may have come loose through wear and tear

- We product test all our leotards and fabric with world-class performers to test for durability. Pilling may occur on Sublimated fabrics when it comes in contact with Velcro and any other rough surfaces. The back/bottom area of the garment tends to pill easier than other areas. Unfortunately, this is an issue we cannot avoid due to the nature of the fabric.
- For reasons of health, hygiene safety, we are unable to exchange or refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:
Hair accessories
- Leotards (unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place)
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash


RETURNS FAQS


How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full product refund or exchange and will follow-up with a return confirmation e-mail.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note we are unable to contact customers as soon as your item arrives back to us, but only once your refund/exchange has been issued. We aim to be in touch within 10 working of receipt into our office. Please note this may be extended during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year.

Can I get my shipping fees back?
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced
We're really sorry if we've made a mistake with your exchange/refund. Please e-mail us or call us on 01792 587796 so we can fix this for you right away.

I have received a faulty item
We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. We can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing process and has somehow slipped through the net. Please send us a message so we can arrange the necessary returns and replacements for you.

I have received an incorrect item in my order.
We are very sorry if we've made a mistake with your order. Please send us an e-mail so we can fix this for you right away.

Do I have to pay for return postage?


Unfortunately, we're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you’re in the UK: 1st Class Delivery: Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of your order*
We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day when the items are in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
In stock personalised orders will take up to 10 working days to be dispatched.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING


We are able to ship all orders internationally. All orders placed require a tracked service. The shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of your parcel and the cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

If you have not received your parcel 14 days after you have received your confirmation delivery email, please notify us immediately so we can pass on your parcels consignment number.
Note: customers outside the UK may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.

Quatro will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

PERSONALISED ORDERS


All "in-stock" items are generally ready to ship and will be dispatched 3-5 business days following receipt of payment. In some rare cases, the item you order may not be in stock if this is the case you will be notified immediately and a full refund/exchange option will be given. Please note all personalised orders and leisurewear items are made to your requirements and therefore are not available on a next day service, please allow up to 10 working days to receive all personalised items. Any custom-made garments are strictly non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing. No refunds can be given once production has commenced. All club orders are manufactured to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturing faults. Delivery is normally 8 weeks from remittance; this may be extended during busy periods. Please check your invoice for your estimated delivery date.

WILL BREXIT AFFECT MY ORDERS WITH QUATRO?

Quatro is committed to ensuring future trade with our European customers, and is a proud British and European company.
Please be assured that our terms, conditions and service levels will remain unchanged for 2020. UK-EU trade will continue without any extra charges or checks being introduced.
